Johnny Evans has associated with the Tucson/Foothills office of Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent. He comes to the office with 26 years of real estate experience and 30 years of experience as an international finance consultant.
“I began my career as a super-strong listing agent and continued to spend the majority of my career in financing development projects. When I moved to Arizona, I spent the first part of my career focused on financing international real estate developer clients and assisting them in developing relationships with major financial institutions and hard money lenders, so I am excited to return to real estate sales,” said Evans. “I decided to affiliate with Coldwell Banker Realty because, in addition to being a global company with a strong international luxury presence, Coldwell Banker has offices statewide that are truly united, so I know I have support across the state.”
Prior to affiliating with Coldwell Banker Realty, he was an agent with Keller Williams Biltmore Partners. This year, he earned the Automated Housing Referral Network (AHRN) Military Real Estate Agent Partner Certification, which includes a pledge to serve the best interest of relocating the Military Community. He graduated as the valedictorian from his high school, attended Circleville Bible College in Circleville, Ohio and Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, which also awarded him with an internship in Washington, D.C. working for the Moral Majority with the U.S Senate. Active in his community, he is a member of the Phoenix Association of REALTORS® and its ARMLS (Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service) as well as a member of the Tucson Association of REALTORS® and its Multiple Listing Service of Southern Arizona.
