Loren Judd has left Compass to return to Coldwell Banker Realty as a global luxury specialist affiliated with the brokerage’s Beverly Hills office after 15 months away. He cited camaraderie and brand reputation among reasons he prefers Coldwell Banker Realty.
Judd originally joined Coldwell Banker Realty in 2007 and was promoted to manage the Beverly Hills South and North offices in 2014, where he stayed until 2019. Under Judd’s leadership and guidance, he was responsible for a combined office production of over $9 billion.
“I feel fabulous, like this is exactly where I’m supposed to be,” said Judd. “There’s a lot of interaction with a lot of smart people and everyone is willing to share information. That’s so important, and I’ve always found I got that here. We can all rely so heavily on technology that we lose sight of what this business is really about. At the end of the day, real estate transactions are done by people.”
“Loren is one of the most well respected agents on the west side of Los Angeles,” said Jamie Duran, president of Coldwell Banker Realty, Southern California. “His reputation and knowledge of every aspect of the real estate industry leaves no doubt why he has long-standing professional relationships among his clients and fellow agents, and countless friends within the community. We’re thrilled to welcome him back to our Coldwell Banker family.”
