McArdle began her career as a licensed California Realtor® in 2011 and is also licensed in New Mexico. Prior to affiliating with Coldwell Banker Realty, she worked as a presentation designer for more than 20 years, designing presentations for corporate events.
In September 2015, she moved to the interior of the Navajo Reservation in Arizona to do volunteer work. McArdle said of that three-and-a-half year venture, “Learning the basics of the Navajo language along with the history and culture of the people was a richly rewarding experience. The friendships I forged there will last a lifetime!”
