Marelda Garrison returns to Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent with its Lake Havasu office. She comes to the office with 19 years of real estate experience.
“I started out my real estate career with McCulloch Realty in Lake Havasu City and Coldwell Banker bought them out, so I have been a part of the Coldwell Banker family most of my career,” said Garrison. “I chose to reaffiliate with Coldwell Banker because I was approached by an affiliate agent about working as her transaction coordinator. Prior to affiliating with Coldwell Banker Realty, she was an agent with Keller Williams Arizona Living Realty for five years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Arizona State University and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation. Active in her community, she volunteers with her church and various community projects.
