George Muisenga has associated with the Lake Havasu office of Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent. He comes to the office with 33 years of real estate experience.
“I began working in real estate because I was an investor and builder with Lindal Cedar Homes and Hearthstone Log and Timber Frame Homes in Crested Butte, Colorado, so real estate was a natural complement to my operations,” said Muisenga. “I decided to affiliate with Coldwell Banker Realty because of its name recognition, nationwide presence and unique tools, which will help me be more competitive in both sales and listing activities.”
Prior to affiliating with Coldwell Banker Realty, he was an agent with Lake Havasu City Properties for six years. Before that, he was a broker and owner of a ReMax and Buyers Resource Office in Crested Butte, Colorado. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The College of Saint Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Active in his community, he is a member and organizer for the Arizona State Assembly as well as a member of the local government affairs committee in his local MLS.
