Eugene McCaffrey has associated with the Fountain Hills office of Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent.
“Throughout my career, I have restored Eleanor Roosevelt’s brownstone, the Columbia University president’s house and New York Central Synagogue. I also managed the installation of the interior in a $250 million summer home in South Hampton, New York. My experience will lend itself to my new career,” said McCaffrey. “I investigated different brokerages in Fountain Hills and decided to affiliate with Coldwell Banker because it is the most professional brokerage with the highest local visibility.”
Prior to affiliating with Coldwell Banker Realty, he was a project manager for Andersen Interiors/Corporate Woodwork Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting. For 10 years while living in New York, he collected winter wear from his job sites and client's offices, which he then distributed to homeless people as he traveled around New York City on business.
