Pepper Heard has associated with the North Scottsdale office of Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent. She comes to the office with 14 years of experience in the real estate industry.
“I worked as an admin for Coldwell Banker back in the early 90s, so I am looking forward to growing as an agent affiliated with Coldwell Banker,” said Heard. “It took over 20 years, but I'm finally back home with Coldwell Banker.”
Prior to affiliating with Coldwell Banker Realty, she was a commercial and residential sales associate with Conway Real Estate. She founded Rising Realtors, a non-profit that assists high school students aspiring to be agents with their studies and continued education in this field. There are currently 10 students in her internship program in which she provides vocabulary lessons and an opportunity to study real estate laws and preview homes on the MLS.
