Karen Bosch, an agent affiliated with the North Scottsdale office of Coldwell Banker Realty, has been named the Chief Operating Officer of Luxury Home Tour, an organization encouraging networking among different real estate firms and touring homes of “architectural significance” in Paradise Valley, Phoenix and Scottsdale.
“I have been actively involved with Luxury Home Tour for almost a decade now,” said Bosch. “I truly understand this organization on a personal and professional level and am excited to serve in this new role this year. I am excited for all of you to see the great things ahead.”
Since 2014, Bosch has served as a board member for Luxury Home Tour on the finance committee and most recently as co-chair in the nominating committee for 2020 to 2021. In 2014, she was co-chair for Luxury Home Tour of Arizona, and in 2013, she was tour director for Luxury Home Tour of Arizona.
A fourth generation Arizonan familiar with the Valley of the Sun, Bosch has been a resident of Paradise Valley since 1995. With 17 years of real estate experience, she received Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Elite award in 2020 and 2021, the International Diamond Society award in 2019 and 2017, the International President’s Circle award in 2016 and 2018 as well as multiple client service awards throughout the years. Active in her community, she volunteers with Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Scottsdale KKG Alumnae Association, All Saints' Episcopal Day School, Xavier College Preparatory and Brophy College Preparatory. She also served as the assistant convention chairman for Kappa Kappa Gamma from 2006 to 2016.
