Nicole Ryan, an agent affiliated with the North Scottsdale office of Coldwell Banker Realty, was selected as one of the Scottsdale REALTORS® Forty Under 40 Award recipients for 2023. Winners were evaluated on production, community and industry involvement, and personal brand skills.
“The path to entrepreneurship is not necessarily a smooth one. There are twists and turns. There are inclines. There are declines, and there are, what seem to be, endless mountains to climb over at times. Even still – I wouldn’t change this path one bit,” said Ryan. “Real estate is an incredible industry, and I couldn’t be more humbled for this recognition. I am forever grateful to each of my clients, friends, family and mentors.”
She has nine years of experience in real estate investment. Prior to affiliating with Coldwell Banker Realty, she was a national trainer for Aspen Square Management’s training department. Active in her community, she is a member of Scottsdale REALTORS® and serves on the professional standards committee of the Arizona Association of REALTORS®.
