Karen Bosch, an agent affiliated with the North Scottsdale office of Coldwell Banker Realty, has been elected to the position of board chair 2024 to 2025 of Luxury Home Tour of AZ (LHT), an organization encouraging networking among different real estate firms and touring homes of “architectural significance” in Paradise Valley, Phoenix and Scottsdale. Luxury Home Tour of AZ currently is comprised of approximately 750 real estate professionals and 100 affiliates.

Meeting the ever-changing market conditions and the challenging real estate climate in Arizona this past two years is no easy task, and I am ready to lead LHT through this unprecedented time,” said Bosch. The LHT board contributes annually to several local organizations such as Teen Life, St Barnabas Episcopal Church, St Mary’s Food Bank, St. Vincent de Paul and many more. A fourth-generation Arizonan, Bosch has been a Paradise Valley resident since 1995. She has been involved with the tour since 2005. In addition to her background in marketing, knowledge of The Valley and historical perspective, she believes the tour has been instrumental in her real estate success.
