David Hamilton has returned to Coldwell Banker Bain as a managing broker with its Kirkland office and comes to the office with 30 years of real estate experience. Most recently, he was the regional director for the Military Division of Compass, overseeing development, recognition and growth efforts for the greater Northwest area. Passionate about animal rescues, low-income housing alternatives and the homeless crisis, Hamilton often volunteers with Velocity House of Kirkland and fosters large breed dogs for Big Dog Rescue Project and Apollo Support & Rescue.
“After building out, launching and otherwise contributing to other large local and international brands, I have decided to come home to Coldwell Banker,” said Hamilton. “I am thrilled to be back working alongside my wife, Debra Hamilton, and doing what we do best!”
