The Riverside office of Coldwell Banker Realty collected 188 pairs of new and gently used shoes for Soles4Souls, a non-profit that creates sustainable jobs and provides relief through the distribution of shoes and clothing around the world.
“While we had participation from multiple affiliate agents, staff and clients, as well as affiliates from Equity Title, we really want to shine a light on affiliate agent Cynthia Bienias,” said Shannon Salazar, branch manager of the Riverside office of Coldwell Banker Realty. “In addition to the email blast that is sent out, Cynthia shared the campaign on her personal Instagram and Facebook pages and then farmed her neighborhood with the Soles4Souls flyer. She personally drove to many clients’ homes to pick up donated shoes and set up a drop off center at her home so clients and friends could drop off shoes with her in Corona, saving them a drive to the office in Riverside. Cynthia collected nearly 100 pairs of shoes!”
From Jan. 14 to Jan. 31, donations of new and gently used shoes were collected at 15 Coldwell Banker Realty offices in Orange County and Riverside County. To learn more and find the other participating offices, click here.
