Coldwell Banker Realty is pleased to announce that Teri Armstrong Hardke, a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialist affiliated with the Newport Beach office of Coldwell Banker Realty, was recently ranked in the Top 10 Small Teams with one to three members based on gross commission income for 2019 throughout North America in the Coldwell Banker® system. Hardke was also named to Coldwell Banker Realty’s International Society of Excellence.

With more than 40 years of experience in the residential real estate market, Hardke obtained her license at age 18 prior to attending the University of Southern California, where she majored in business administration and marketing. No stranger to success, she has been named the No. 1 sales associate in the Orange County and Desert Communities in 2010, 2011 and 2012 by Coldwell Banker, NRT, LLC. Active in her community, she is currently involved with Mariner's Church and is a member of the Newport Beach Country Club and a SeaTrial member at Balboa Yacht Club. She has also been a member of the Newport Beach Home Tour Committee, a founding member of United Way Women’s Philanthropy Fund and a Junior League member.
